Background:

i-Believe and Insightful Media are two successful companies operating in the digital marketing industry. This industry is in great shape in Ireland and we are growing with it.

We are now looking for a recent finance, accounting or business graduate who would like to combine an interest in accounts with an interest in the operational side of digital media which includes advertising campaign setup and management. This is a job which requires attention to detail, organizational skills and numbers. Training and support will be given.

You will work across two main areas of business www.i-believe.ie and www.insightfulmedia.ie as part of the operations team.

This role will suit a hard working individual who has a passion for the internet.

Being proactive, well organised and able to work at a fast pace are the key characteristics for this role.

Main responsibilities include:

– Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
– Ad Campaign Set-Up
– Ad Campaign Management
– Ad Campaign Reconciliation

Requirements

– Excellent Excel skills
– Experience working in a client facing role
– Accuracy and attention to detail
– Strong time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
– Comfortable with numbers
