We nurture talent at our companies. A lot of people who started with us as trainees now occupy senior roles at our companies and also at other leading companies in our industry.
We are now looking for an Accounts Assistant with a keen interest in Digital Marketing to join our busy and dynamic team. The role is part-time (2 days per week) and the ideal candidate will be flexible (May be required to work different days each week at busy periods – month end/quarter end) This role would suit someone who is not able to commit full-time but would relish a part time role in a dynamic industry.

The Role

Duties will vary from time to time and will include but not be limited to:

• Preparation and dispatch of customer invoices
• Reconciliation and posting of supplier invoices to system
• Entering payments received onto system
• Dealing with accounts queries from agencies and publishers
• Financial reporting on all aspects of the business.
• HR duties
• General admin duties.
